On publishing frequency
There’s a version of the advice that says publish more, publish consistently, don’t overthink it. And there’s something true in that. The people who write regularly almost always get better faster than the people waiting for the perfect post.
But consistency at the cost of quality is just noise with a schedule. The aim is to have a reason to publish, not just a habit of it.
Notes are my answer to that. Short enough to write in twenty minutes. Long enough to say something worth saying.
